  • The team wanted to create the new employee parking feature for the new large-scale campus by leveraging IoT technology across both mobile and kiosk digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process across multiple projects, ensuring a focus on creating a seamless end-to-end employee experience on MyHub iOS app.

  • Crafted prototypes for usability testing

Results

  • The feature has been successfully launched on the MyHub iOS platform. 🎉

Product Overview

The parking feature didn’t exist on MyHub yet.

Microsoft MyHub is an application that consolidates the tools and services utilized by Microsoft employees on a daily basis.

The teams collaborated to create an user-centric digital parking experience, making it simple for 47,000 employees to locate available parking spots and find their vehicles across various buildings and garages.
